Terms of Use for Lunia

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lunia ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our astrology learning application, Lunia (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Eligibility

To use Lunia, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction);

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Users may submit comments, feedback, and other content within the App. By doing so, you grant Lunia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content.

  • Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

9. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • Lunia does not guarantee the accuracy of astrological readings or other content.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florianópolis, Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
